After a successful 20-year career in finance across four continents, she left the corporate world to pursue her true passion: art. Now based in Sydney, Yvonne is largely self-taught, blending bold, vibrant Southeast Asian upbringing with minimalist Western aesthetics, reflecting her diverse cultural background. Her work has gained recognition in Forbes Australia and Art Edit, marking her as an emerging talent. Currently refining her skills at the Julian Ashton Art School, Yvonne's background in finance and project management has enabled her to navigate the art world with precision, managing exhibitions, commissions, and collaborations seamlessly. Yvonne continues to evolve as an artist, driven by a deep connection to her cultural roots and a commitment to creative expression.​
